Stay strong Akita with our 2021 T-shirts!

As many of you are aware, Charity Akita is best known for hosting fun events throughout the year in order to raise funds for various causes around Akita and Tohoku. However, for a little over a year now we have been unable to host a single fundraising event due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Despite this, we have hosted fun online events and contests to try and help foster a spirit of positivity during these difficult times.

While we would love to get back to the way things were before covid-19 and meet with everyone in person, it seems that unfortunately our wish may not be granted for some time still. Due to these unique circumstances Charity Akita has decided on doing a new type of fundraiser this year! We will be selling custom-made t-shirts and stickers! Some of you may remember generously donating the change from your t-shirt purchase to Charity Akita last year. But this year the process will be a little different.

While Charity Akita will be receiving a small portion of the proceeds to help make up for the lack of funds for the past 15 months, the majority of proceeds will be going towards Misono Orphanage in Akita City. This is a cause that is very close to our hearts so we are very excited to contribute.

All CA members have put in a lot of work in order to make this project a success. We hope you will consider buying a shirt or sticker for you and a friend 🙂 To place an order please send us a message or contact any CA member with your order details. Thank you very much!
